The system was designed to be used in a modular fashion. Each module is a separate application. It was designed this way to limit what features are available in each section of your business.
Security is built in to each module and each form. It is controlled from the setup module.

To keep things easy on the end users we used the same forms in each module where the feature was desired. So if Jane has access to the Order Details form, she can use it from whatever module she has open at the time if it is available in said module.
