The warehouse module is designed to manage the inventory in the warehouse, shipping/receiving, cross docking, and more.
The inventory is at the shipping piece level and each item is assigned a unique tracking number if it does not already have one.
This module works with the Bar Code Scanning system but does not require it. The Inbound/Outbound manifests are made for the scanners but can also be used manually as a reference check list.
All fields in the inventory database are searchable from the main screen. The system keeps a timestamped record of all changes including who made them.
There is an automated email report that lists the customer account's current inventory as well as any transactions in the previous 30 days, this report is sent on the first of the month.
The system also has access to the user defined reports so you can generate listings to send to the customer if desired.
The inventory is also available via the Customer Web Site. Updates are made available to the web site in real time.
The system is built to support international standards plus our own designs. The bar coding supports ANS MH 10.8.2 Data Identifiers and EAN/UCC Application Identifiers. These identifiers are stripped from the data when it is stored in the database.
