If you work with any other carriers to assist you in servicing the needs of your customers, you know how difficult it can be to get information back in a timely manner. Many small carriers just fax information back to you and then you have to process it into the system so your customer can get their updates in the appropriate manner.
This set of web pages are designed to ease the information flow between both parties.
The carrier can fetch order details, update the order status and even submit their charges as well.
These updates are then fed into the regular processing cycle and notifications sent out as required.
