The system uses a "Named User" license count.
Depending on the Edition you wish to purchase, the system comes with 1, 5, or 10 user licenses.
User licenses can be purchased individually or in packs of 5 or 10.
A "Named User" can use any number of modules on any number of access devices (PC, Scanner, Handheld, etc.).
We do not have any hardware limiting devices employed in the system (i.e. no dongles to attach, no hard drive serial numbers checked).
The system security is set up to validate the number of user licenses when you try to add a new user.
Users accesing the Interactive Web Site (a.k.a. Web Portal) are not part of this license count.
