Think of every system as an island, if you have a chain of islands managment becomes more difficult if resources are duplicated for each island. What we strive for is single entry, multiple use of information across the business.
We presently have support for Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics to export customer accounts and Accounts Receivable transactions. Other accounting packages will be investigated upon request from customers.
We also support import and export using text files.
We pull messages and GPS positions from QTRACS.
We pull customer account summary information and payment details from Dynamics.
