And so it is with technology. The rapid changes in hardware, software slowly catching up to enable the new hardware.

To keep up with these changes can be a daunting and possibly expensive task. We decided to provide a way to maintain your installation in a relatively simple manner. The MoveItNow Suite will be adding the ability to fetch updates on a scheduled basis much like Microsoft did with their Windows Update. However, there is a fee to this. We decided to charge a percentage for all updates over a period of one year. This is known as "Software Maintenance".

You will find listed below items that have been recently added to the system, those that are in the works, and those that are being thought on.

Recently added items (may not be documented yet):

• Dropped Trailers in dispatch module.
• Web Site - user self registration for an account.
• Yearly mileage summary by vehicle.
• Integration - scheduled pulling of customer summary details.
• Integration - scheduled pulling of customer payment details.
• ETA checks on Long Distance orders using satellite positioning and Promiles
• Storage billing as part of the warehouse module.
• Plugins

Items in the works:

• Hazardous Material info at the piece level.
• Sales Commissions
• Job Costing (very detailed)
• Equipment Availability Listing (email, web site).
• Tariff Engine - Zip-to-Zip style tariff.
• Syncronized single address list across all master tables (Drivers, Haulers, Customers, etc.).
• NMFC support in the Piece details
• Cash Receipts (when teken together with Invoices and Credit Notes, makes an Accounts Receivable system).

• Intercompany/Interoffice integration using the Business Integration Engine (BIE).
• Licensing of source code.
• Web Services
• Web Site - customer account statement.
• Integration - lock down customer accounts for late payments.
• Integration - send reminder notices to customers with late payments.
• Document Imaging
• Fax ability from EDI/Messaging Subsystem.
• Order Entry via Web Site.

• Web Site - link to Accounts Payable for 3rd party carriers

• Late Payments report (part of an A/R system).
